CKD manufacturing refers to the product manufacturing process in which the manufacturer completely disassembles the product at the origin and then reassembles it in another country. This process is widely used in the field of product manufacturing.

Both CKD and SKD refer to the assembly of components into products that are shipped to assembly plants. However, the main difference is that in CKD, the product is completely disassembled or disassembled by the manufacturer at the point of origin, while in SKD, the product is partially disassembled.

The main reason manufacturers use CKD for manufacturing is cost savings. By dismantling products completely, manufacturers can save on shipping costs, storage costs and import duties. Additionally, they can take advantage of low labor costs in other countries to reassemble products, reducing overall production costs.
